This policy explains what information Cenosis collects through this website, why, and what your choices are. Cenosis is a pre-release developer product; today the only information we collect is what you voluntarily submit to join the waitlist.

What we collect

If you submit the waitlist form, we collect the information you enter:

• Name
• Email address
• Role (e.g. indie developer, studio, investor) — optional

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site. We do not collect your information unless you choose to submit the form.

How we use it

We use your information solely to:

• Contact you about Cenosis early access, integration details, and pricing;
• Understand who is interested in the product so we can prioritise our roadmap.

We will not sell your information, and we will not share it with third parties except the service providers described below who process it on our behalf.

Service providers

Waitlist submissions are delivered to us through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that forwards your submission to our inbox. Your information is also stored in our email provider. These providers process your data only to deliver and store your message.

Retention

We keep waitlist information until the product is generally available or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted at any time. Email us at privacy@cenosis.dev and we will action the request.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Material changes affecting people already on the waitlist will be communicated by email.
