These terms govern your use of the Cenosis website. They do not constitute a licence to the Cenosis engine, which will be governed by a separate agreement when it becomes available.

Informational site

This website provides information about Cenosis, a developer product in active development. The content — including specifications, benchmarks, version numbers, and roadmap — describes work in progress and may change without notice. Nothing here is a binding offer, warranty, or commitment to ship any particular feature on any particular timeline.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It does not guarantee access to the product, a price, or a delivery date. We may contact you about early access at our discretion. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information you submit.

Intellectual property

The Cenosis name, logo, written content, and design of this site are the property of the operator and may not be reproduced without permission. Code samples shown for illustration may be used to evaluate integration.

No warranty

This site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the information is complete, accurate, or current, or that the site will be available without interruption.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s jurisdiction. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
